My first confession

As I promised that I will be up with my series of confessions, so here it is, my first one. This one goes to my once-upon-a-time-girl-friend. Amazingly we are still very good friends but somewhere down the lane there were some differences which I wish I could eliminate.
The Birth of the QuantumDude

At night it happened; the most miraculous thing on the Planet of Earth; with no labour pain, QuantumDude was born. He thought he came out of an egg; yes that is what exactly it looked like. It was surrounded by the silver oak; it was glittering in the moon less night. There were clouds over the head but the starts were shining on the ground; round spherical stars white in colour. The QuantumDude knew his position exactly, he knew the place. He rubbed his pockets and was glad to find himself born with cloths. His pocket has something; it has specs. He wore them and for the first time realized the eggs and the stars were the marvellous creation of human once discovered for the hall of Lord Indra where the pole dancer Urvashi still dances. They were night lamps.
Wow…Seems like an award
This shall be a new thing in my blogging career… an award! When I used to see these little stickers in the blogs of people, I wondered how they got it; well now I know how. I am quite unsure how to react but obviously I am glad. So let me follow the rituals so and here it goes:
This is awarded to me by Gautam , in every sense a very true blogger!! Thanks Dude!
To be frank this award thing was a bit surprising and shocking because for a moment it made me feel that I am being watched. Later (5 sec may be) I was glad about the fact that 2200hrs is watched.
A little bit of something strange…yet nice.
I am back from my trip. This little trip included the people who have a very special place in my life, and to whom I can meet in this little time I had in my hands before my post graduation.
Traveling always reveals something; magically gives you an eye to look into things in a different way. In the same lines, this trip was exactly the same. I met few people whose story I am going to share in my blog; I would also write about the three super group of people/individuals who were strangers and yet helped me to look at things the way I have never seen before.
Lastly I need to confess a lot of things. I do not know if ‘to confess’ is the right term but still let me call it confession.
I am taking this part of my life sincerely (not seriously though). It had been just three months when I left my job just because of a feeling, an instinct and all the risk on my side. So much uncertainty made me believe that life is indeed a miracle and best lived when you let the miracle happen to you. I would stop here and return back soon. I have few things to put at its place (literally).
Have a great day ahead!

“So what is his name” Mom asked enthusiastically.
“Ryan” – I said, trying to sound as cool as I could. But I bet I could not help my eyes twinkling.
“He works?”
“Has his business; transport, I believe”
Some Guy-Gal Moments

For the first time I was in love when I was in sixth standard, but I realized that love when I was in tenth; till then I believed it to be a special friendship (I cannot believe that I was so pathetically innocent). We used to meet once in a week at the guitar class. When I saw her the first time I felt no one could be more beautiful than her and much more. You can read my love story here. Next I fell in love with a cute girl in my college. She happened to be the girl whom Mom found very beautiful (when she saw her during my first day of the college). So later in the final year, when we confessed our secret emotions to each other I felt that it was a kind of ‘Rab ne bana di jodi’ (Made in heaven types). But within a year I had to step back because we were extremely perfect for each other and there was no room for adjustments; but more about it some other day. Well my errand of love took a sharp turn when a liking toward a friend turned out to be so chubby that one day she caught my feelings red-handed. But there was nothing I could do to have her in my life. I slept one night concentrating on my bachelorhood and woke up enlightened with the excitement of being single.
Kolkata Through the Window – Ride 3
First of all thanks to Pk who smoothened my Ride-2 by his comments.
Now I shall take you to the ride where my main focus is to portray the life of the common man that I peeped through the window. You would also find a question at the end of the Ride-3 (a mindless one); let’s see who gets that right.
Trams like buses are common medium of travel and commute for people in Kolkata. We do not find trams in the southern or central part of Kolkata but we can see them at the northern side. They are like slow pacing creatures in the fast life in Kolkata. Trams obey traffic rules too.
Kolkata Through the window – Ride 2
In this ride I will take yo to the interiors of Kolkata. It would still be the ride through the architectural aspect of the city but in a more revealing manner. Enjoy this ride and be ready for one more ride where I would show you the life of the city.
Enjoy!!!
Moment before the Moments
I almost forgot about this post, how can I! I wrote it when I was in Ahmedabad. I was just wondering how things changes in life and dips us into the incredible moments. My Ahmedabad trip had been a success but this post reveals the moments just before that.
Kolkata through the window – Ride 1
I don’t live in Kolkata but most of the time when someone asks me that where do I live, I tell him –Kolkata. They give me a smile, which is a sort of recognition that I belong from a place known to them; it has been my identity for long whenever I travel.
But truly, I have known Kolkata just as much one can know peeping out of the car and asking my fellow friend as what the buildings are called. At times I just helplessly admire the statues and the antique temperament of the architecture there.
Below are the pictures from the photo shoot from my camera Sony H10. I did not get any opportunity to step down of the car and took the photos from inside (thanks to the 10X optical zoom). Hope you enjoy them.
